3Tera, a developer of cloud computing software and services, announced Thursday that the firm has upgraded its AppLogic cloud computing platform. According to the firm, the updated platform includes automated diagnostics and self-healing features, including ability to monitor and detect hard drives issues; automatic volume repair; improved server isolation; and soft restarts of the system. 3Tera's software is used to manage virtual data center services, including deploying web applications and storage.
