Sometrics Launches Ad Serving Platform

Los Angeles-based Sometrics said Tuesday that the firm has launched a new ad serving platform focused on social networking sites. The firm, which is venture backed by the Mail Room Fund, AT&T, and Greycroft Partners, said the firm's new platform will allow hyper-targeting of advertisement within social networking and niche web sites. The solution includes ad hosting, serving, and targeting tools, along with analytics and traffic information. Sometrics recently landed its first round of funding, which was the first for Mail Room Fund, the venture fund run by Richard Wolpert.
